Where are we located?
We are located beside both the bus station and the train station, yet we are in a nice quiet side street off the main road so there is no traffic noise. Perfect!

Do you have Carparking?
Yes,we have 9 spaces available in front of the hostel reserved for hostel customers to use for free.

Is breakfast included in the price? 
We do not provide breakfast. However we have a Self-Catering Kitchen.

Do we have a hostel curfew?
No, the hostel is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

What is check out time?
Check out is at 10.30 am.

Is bed linen provided?
Yes, all beds have clean sheets, comfortable duvets and pillows.

What types of rooms are available in the hostel?
We have a wide mix of rooms available in both standard and en-suite room types including Twins, Doubles, Triples, 4 bed dorms, 6 bed dorms, 8 bed and 10 bed dorms. Great for families or individual backpackers.

What is our cancellation policy?
For most bookings, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy in the hostel. You must cancel the booking latest 2 days prior to arrival or the first nights accommodation will be charged. However for larger bookings/group bookings a longer cancellation of up to 1 week may be required. This will be advised and agreed when booking.

What documents do I need to stay in the hostel?
We ask all guests to provide valid photo identification, preferably passport / drivers licence. This is standard practice in most hostels. If necessary we may also ask groups or individuals to pay a damage/security cash deposit on arrival. This will be refunded in full on check-out if no major inconvenience is experienced. Again this is standard practice in most hostels and enhances the security and comfort for all guests.

Can I book tours through the hostel.
Yes, we can book a variety of tours for our guests.
We are happy to help with any questions you may have and will offer you advice on what to do and where to go. We’ll steer you in the right direction.

Do we offer luggage storage facilities?
Yes, we have a luggage room located directly across from reception so if you are checking out and want to spend the day in Killarney, you can leave all your luggage here. There are also large secure lockers available for a small fee.

Do I need to make a reservation in advance?
We would strongly advise you to make a booking in advance to guarantee your accommodation in Killarney, especially during summer months. Only a percentage of our beds are available online so feel free to phone us to check. A credit card is required to hold your bed and guarantee your reservation but is not charged until you arrive. You can pay cash or credit card upon arrival.

Do we have internet connection in the hostel?
Yes, we have FREE wi-fi available all over the hostel and we also have public computers available for a small charge.

Will I like Killarney?
Naturally!!!
